House Rules

In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we request your co-operation in observing the following while at Foreshore Beachfront Apartments.

1. Cleaning
Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition. Dishes should be washed and put away, correct disposal of rubbish including nappies and sanitary items should be disposed of prior to departure. A cleaning surcharge of $50 may apply if the apartment is left in an unreasonable condition. This includes dirty crockery.

2. Cooking
The same way the hot sun burns your bare feet, hot pots burn the bench. Please place hot pots on the pot coasters and not directly on the bench tops.

3. Rubbish
Please place all rubbish in the garbage chute. All glass to be taken to garbage room and placed in the “glass only” bin. Garbage room is in the basement (turn right as you leave the lift)

4. Car Parking
Please park in your allocated parking space only contact reception if someone is parked in your allocated car park. Free street parking is available across the road. Each car park is allocated to an apartment, a $60.00 fee is chargeable if you are parked in an unauthorised car space.

5. Extra Visitors
Due to Health and Fire Regulations, Reception must be notified if you have invited more visitors to say in your apartment. Rollaway beds and linen are available.

6. Smoking
All apartments have a no smoking and vaping policy.

7. Parties And Large Gatherings
Please do not hold parties or large gatherings in the apartment or in the facility.

8. Quiet Hours
As a courtesy to other guests, please keep all noise down after 10pm.

9. Swimming Pool & BBQ
Pool hours are 7am to 8pm and all children under the age of 10 are to be accompanied by an adult. The BBQ can be reserved at Reception. Please clean after use and remove all rubbish.

10. Storage
Storage is available for surfboards, bikes and fishing rods. Please do not store these in the apartment.

Please ensure children are supervised by an adult on apartment balconies and inside the pool area. Children must be accompanied by an adult when using Lifts.

12. Removal of items
Please do not remove any items, crockery, glassware from the apartment as each apartment is individually owned and this may result in charge for any items missing from the apartment.


13. Removal of items

Front door lock to the building is locked at 5pm -8:30am daily. Please ensure you have your keys and that all apartment doors are locked before leaving the apartment, as management is not responsible for any loss or damages. Loss of a set of keys will incur a fee of $200 per set.
