On 11 March, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the outbreak of coronavirus, known as COVID-19, to be a global pandemic. We are providing the following coverage for COVID-19 under our extenuating circumstances policy to help protect our community and provide peace of mind.
Summary
We are now offering Guests no penalty cancellation fees for reservations booked with a check-in date of 11th of March to 31st of March. Please note this policy will not cover any new bookings or bookings after 31st of March.
Guests may call Foreshore Apartments 07 5572 7644 or email stay@foreshoregc.com.au and request to cancel their March reservation and will receive a credit of their deposit to re-book at a future date, no cancellation penalties will apply.
